We continuously update our website and inventory so that it reflects all items available for purchase. Occasionally, however, we may sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via email and adjust your order and payment. We only use the last five digits of your credit card number when confirming an order. Of course, during order processing, we will encrypt and transmit your entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company. By placing an order, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age, and that you are providing www.sh-athletics.com with accurate, truthful information, and that you have the authority to place the order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, as well as coupon codes when applicable. When you place an order on our website, we will only charge your credit card once we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped.
You may redeem your coupon code during the checkout process by entering your code in the field marked "COUPON CODE" at the top section on the checkout page. You may not use more than one coupon code at a time.
You must have a valid credit card number at the time of checkout (for verification purposes), even if your coupon code covers the entire cost of your purchase. Your credit card will only be charged if a balance remains on your order.
All terms, conditions, and policies - including our Return Policy - still apply to orders in which a coupon code have been applied. In case of a return, only the amount charged to a credit card are refundable. We cannot refund the discounted amount.
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. If you are shopping within the USA, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped within the state of New York. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the USA. For international orders, please refer to the SHIPPING section below.
Once your order is processed and shipped, we will email you an order confirmation. This email will include a copy of your invoice, tracking number for your shipment, and total amount charged to your card.
Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent an order confirmation email, which will include the tracking number for your package. You can track your package by contacting UPS and providing the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email.
Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. Orders are processed pending product availability. All orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays. We ship exclusively via UPS.
We are only able to ship items to one address per order. Please place a separate order for each shipping address.

All orders are shipped from either New York City or N. Bergen, New Jersey. Upon shipment, UPS Ground can take anywhere from 1 - 7 business days, depending on your proximity to New York City or N. Bergen, New Jersey. UPS Two Day Air should take 2 business days after the shipment is picked up from our warehouse. UPS Overnight Air should arrive the next business day after the shipment is picked up from our warehouse.
Please note we do not offer Saturday delivery. Unfortunately, our carriers are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes at this time.

For items shipped outside of the United States, you accept the risk of loss and title for that merchandise upon our delivery to the carrier. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country, and you will be responsible for paying all additional charges for customs clearance. Additionally, when ordering from sh-athletics.com, you expressly acknowledge that you are the importer and agree to comply with all laws and regulations of your country. Since the resolution and color composition of each computer monitor varies, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors of products displayed on our website.
You may return products you purchased on sh-athletics.com (other than any products included in the "Sale" section) for any reason for a refund of the purchase price of the product, provided that you comply with this Return and Refund Policy and you request authorization to return such products (as provided below) within fourteen (14) days of initial delivery of the product to you by S&H's carrier. All products returned must be accompanied by a copy of your original order receipt, and the products must be clean, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, unaltered and in their original saleable condition and packaging with the tags still attached (as applicable). All shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to S&H's error. If your order has been sent to a destination within the State of New York, all sales taxes paid by you will be refunded.
At this time we are unable to accept requests for exchanges. If you want to exchange a product, please comply with this Return and Refund Policy to return your product and then place a new order for items you want instead.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED IN ADVANCE BY S&H Athletics.
STEP 1: Please REQUEST AUTHORIZATION TO MAKE A RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS of delivery of your products to you by S&H's carrier by contacting [email protected]. Please provide your order number and include detailed information as to why you are requesting to return an item. You will receive a response within two business days.
STEP 2: If your products are authorized for return, you will receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION EMAIL along with a pre-paid UPS ELECTRONIC RETURN LABEL. Please print this label and secure it to the outside of your return package. Make sure to wrap your return in protective packaging for shipment and that your package includes all of the items you are seeking to return as well as a printed copy of the RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM issued by S&H Athletics. You may drop off return packages with the UPS return label at any UPS location or schedule a free pickup by calling (800) 742-5877. RETURNS MUST BE ACCEPTED BY UPS FOR SHIPMENT WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION EMAIL. You may not return products to us through any other means.
STEP 3: Once your package is received, your return will be reviewed for compliance with this Return and Refund Policy. We will send you a return status email. If you return is in compliance with this Return and Refund Policy, a refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card.
